Misty D. Becker: The specific family law issues that we focus on are divorce, custody, paternity, child support, and contempt issues that have to deal throughout the child support and the divorce custody issues. Experience is important because when an attorney has experience, they are able to focus on what the client needs and getting that done, as opposed to wasting their time and energy and trying to get them to their end resolution.
James R. Becker Jr.: Having practiced employment law since 1994, I understand what the risks are that the plaintiff is going to experience in a case. I understand what it's going to cost them in order to prevail on their case. I lay all that out to my client, along with what they're going to have to prove in order to be successful with their employment law case.
Misty D. Becker: Usually what the client can do to help calm themselves down is to call us, listen to us, take the advice that we give them, and then go about their lives not worrying about the litigation.
