- minimize the cost and stress to the client, yet try to get them the best deal that they can in their divorce, and use all the information that I've got available to me. What makes a divorce complex are gonna be the issues that are involved in the divorce. A lot of times, there are long-term divorces, and those will involve custody, alimony, child support, property settlement, sometimes even businesses. When there is a divorce and there is a business aspect in that divorce, we are equipped to handle it. I not only have my JD, but I have an MBA.
Any questions that we are not able to deal with, especially in divorces where there are businesses and there are stocks, or some type of retirement account that needs to be valued, that is something that we can actually seek third parties' help on. We can get evaluations from experts within the community that do work with the courts. Usually my clients have mentioned that they did appreciate the special touch that they did get at our law firm, that our staff and myself have done everything that we could -
